Remarks on these figures (2)
- Note 28
The 2024 comparatives in the statement of financial position were reclassified: the owner-occupied part of a property moved from investment properties to property and equipment (note 28), and properties under development were separated from properties under development for sale (note 32). The company states that these reclassifications do not change total assets, total liabilities, total equity or profit.
- Note 32
The 2024 comparatives in the statements of profit or loss and of cash flows are also presented differently from the 2024 statements: bank deposit income is included in other income, the finance cost of employee benefit obligations in general and administrative expenses, some selling expenses are shown separately, and finance cost paid (7,690,479) is shown in financing rather than operating activities. Profit and the net change in cash are the same.

Remarks on these figures (2)
- Note 23
The 2024 comparatives were re-presented: SR 41,226 of depreciation for the six months to 30 June 2024 moved from cost of revenue to general and administrative expenses, after the owner-occupied part of a property was reclassified from investment properties to property and equipment (note 23); profit is unchanged.
The 2024 comparatives in the statement of cash flows differ from the statements for the six months ended 30 June 2024 as first published: the 20,937,500 gain on the property sold in 2024 is no longer deducted from operating cash flows, the 61,250,000 proceeds no longer appear in investing activities, and additions to investment properties are shown net of the 40,312,500 transferred (disclosed as a non-cash transaction). Net cash flows from operating activities become 32,028,614 (first published: 11,091,114) and from investing activities (202,689,990) (first published: (181,752,490)); the net change in cash is the same.

Remarks on these figures (1)
Two 2022 comparatives differ slightly from the 2022 statements: 940 riyals appear in cost of revenue (10,381,779) rather than general and administrative expenses (5,118,082); the 2022 statements show 10,380,839 and 5,119,022. In the statement of cash flows, the expected credit losses used (333,817) are shown among the adjustments rather than after cash flows from operating activities. Profit and net cash flows are the same.

The 2022 comparatives in the statement of cash flows present the expected credit losses used (151,900) after cash flows from operating activities, not among the adjustments as in the statements for the six months ended 30 June 2022 as first published; net cash flows from operating activities are the same (21,933,588).
